PeerTracksGIVE was built to help artist bands and brands recoup lost wages from canceled performances. The following tutorial will explain how to get started

SIGN UP DETAILS
We offer different levels of donations in order for all to participate – during these tough times we know a fanbase may only be able to afford a couple bucks and there are donations that an artist thinks he can offer that include a gift maybe a t-shirt, autograph photo whatever the case the artist will be responsible for the mailing of any physical merchandise – PeerTracksGIVE is simply a donation portal passing along what comes in directly to the group who registered.

Sample Donation Request Levels: $3.00 $5.00 $10.00 20.00 are what is most affordable for most fanbases for a quick no brainer donation called our LEVEL 1 HOWEVER, there might be cases where big players may want to donate more now problem! -- $25.00 and up seem to be the next level up from level 1 called our LEVEL 2 contribution which could include REWARD ex.:a  t-shirt, autograph picture – we leave this up to you for your super fans. This kind of donation can be added in the rewards sector of our platform under your campaign listing, more information below under REWARDS.

Across the Board Donations are when someone simply wants to donate a higher amount but wants to spread their donation across all performing acts – this level of donation starts at $100 and is a LEVEL 3 donation. Its spread out to all listings divided proportionally at the end of each day midnight. EXAMPLE: if only four (4) campaigns are listed and $100 US dollars is donated to the ACROSS THE BOARD box then those four (4) listings will each receive $25 dollars. This is one of the first boxes on the listings page. Any amount over $100 is donated here. This DOES NOT prevent anyone from donating that same $100 to your personal campaign. ACROSS THE BOARD contributions are for those that want to simply spread out their donation to everyone.

IS YOUR CAMPAIGN for SUPPORT a DONATION or ONGOING? 

Support is for artist bands or brands that have had their current project canceled due to current circumstances i.e. touring or recording.
Donation is for acts that want to have the funds they raise go to a charity or their choice – this option is more for the major artist that don’t necessarily need the money and would rather use their talents for other charitable organizations.
Ongoing is for special groups like Musicares who have an ongoing donation year-round, these are charitable groups that must be approved before listing or have a special circumstance for ongoing donations

May we suggest maybe a $3, $5, $10 $20 combo if you do not have any merchandise $3, $5, and $25 combo would maybe include a t-shirt – MERCHANDISE is not a requirement, you know your fan base better than anyone so price accordingly

All merchandise is the responsibility of the recipient. You must have clear instructions in the rewards section of your campaign page – you only get one page to display everything you want your contributors to see and know about you.

HOW ARE FUNDS DELIVERED?
Funds are sent directly to your PayPal account, other withdrawal methods like bank wires are available for larger withdrawals.

FEES AND WHAT TO EXPECT
PeerTracksGIVE is free to use WE NEVER CHARGE UP FRONT Fee’s, We do take three percent (3%) for transactions cost and credit card processing, this is a standard fee assessment on most platforms to cover PayPal, Cash-App, Zelle and standard wire banking fees.

An additional seven percent (7%) is taken for a total of ten percent (10%) to help offset streaming cost on PeerTracksLIVE, online producer/editor/coordinator cost, bandwidth in case we are slammed with a million viewers.

The additional fee also helps offset marketing and promotions of your campaign. That’s, right the minute your campaign is approved PeerTracksGIVE goes to work promoting your event. You are put into rotation and now the clock is ticking to raise money for your event.

ONCE APPROVED SCHEDULING BEGIN
Once your campaign has been approved you can now schedule your event for LIVE performance on PeerTracksLIVE. Your event immediately goes into a rotation schedule for promotions and its added to the monthly event calendar which goes out to thousands of potential viewers and contributors.
